This place is a mess. Every pay period there is something wrong on their end. Once they withheld my check thinking it was fraud, another time they sent it to the wrong account and so much more. Oh, and I have worked for the same company for over 2 years so I am not sure why they still have problems getting me my paycheck every two weeks? When I call to get some answers, the customer service reps are completely unaware of situations.
My last terrible experience with them, I had fraud on my account. I called in to cancel my account and the service rep fought me on claiming fraud for my card!!! She questioned me as if I had made those charges when I did not. I will never use this FCU again because of the terrible experiences I have had with them!!!!
