Nice customer serivce but talk about hair like if they really know a lot. That do not. Chloe helped me the first time I went in I told her I was looking for vigin body wave hair. Well I couldn't find what I liked because all the hair just did not seem natural enough for me. So she said they just got in some new hair already dyed red at the ends and is very good quality should last 6 months if maintained properly. It was called bombshell. Well it was a true disaster. The hair did look nice for a week and there after it was matting up it shedded from day one but I thought it would stop it didn't. It turned all the clothes I wore red. My car was filled with red hair everywhere and when I went back they apologized and said they will work out a refund after they call the company. When I came back a week after that they act like they didn't know me and refuse to speak wit me. And Nicole told me Chloe was out of town. How convent. What a waist of$300.00 I will never go back. I do not recommend their hair at all.
