I would give them zero stars if that were an option. I dropped off my clothes on Friday morning with the expectation that they would be ready for pick up on Saturday after 4:00PM (as the receipt and the attendant both said they would be). I show up at 5:00PM to pick up my clothes only to be told that they will not be ready until Monday at the earliest. I am leaving on a business trip Sunday so that doesnt work. The 2 teenage kids in the shop are overwhelmed because neither the manager nor the owner are at the shop to help address the concerns of the customers. There was no communication that there was an issue with their equipment so that I could make other arrangements for my clothes to be done. I asked the young girl behind the counter to call the manager. The manager answered and said they would not talk to me because they were spending time with their family. The owner, Joe, reluctantly spoke to me. He said he was trying to find a solution to the problem. The ONLY solution would have been to 1) call other establishments to help meet the commitments made and have my clothes ready or 2) notify me that they would not be doing anything to assist so that I could try to find another solution. As I informed him that I needed the clothes for a business trip his response was "I find it hard to believe that you don't have any other suits that you can wear". WHAT????? The clothes were laundered and bunched up in a plastic bag on the floor. There were at least 6 or 7 bags full of damp clothes laying there. I was not the only customer experiencing this lack of service. At least 4 other customers came in while I was there and were unable to retrieve their items. One lady was told that she would need to come back Wednesday! I ended up taking all of my items, wrinkled and damp, and returning home to try to solve the problem with no repercussion to Joe who frankly could not care less. Extremely poor customer service... even worse management. There is no accountability at all. Basically if you dont like it go somewhere else. I will gladly do that AFTER I SOLVE THE ISSUE OF NOT HAVING CLOTHES FOR THE BUSINESS MEETING THAT I AM FLYING OUT FOR TOMORROW.
