Arturo was an amazing host. Food is always top notch! However, service is less than adequate - Arturo saved the day without him we would have not had dinner nor dessert or drinks. Manager didn't seem to give a rip- Mike - overall, food is great service is a joke - and manager ( Mike ) frankly.... was rude. If you are out for good Italian and don't care about management / service - this is your place! I am a regular diner at this restaurant - sadly the service has gone down quickly. And the "sit you in your seat little girls" were exceptionally rude. When I walked to the counter to pay my bill - of course because there was no waiter to take my payment so I had to pay at the take out door, the kids at the door upon explaining why I was paying here vs the table simply laughed and when I walked out the door mocked my party. Wow! For an upper class restaurant they have some pretty low class employees.
