No respect to customer's precious time at all! My wife and I booked an appointment more than 2 weeks ago, for a first-time consultation to see what this clinic could offer to improve my wife's skin appearance. I took some time off from work in order to attend the visit with my wife so we could have an extra pair of ears to listen for their advisory. We arrived at least 15 minutes earlier than the appointment time and was advised to sit down and wait. 45 minutes passed and there was only one lady customer who went out from a room inside and left the clinic, and there was not seemed to be busy on a Tuesday afternoon. We finally could not wait any more longer and then asked the front reception girl for how much more longer to wait. She then said it could take a bit more while as there was an emergency appointment that came in earlier. Alright, this business would not care about your time and just let you to sit and wait forever wasting your time. I repeat, without a word from anyone telling you that something came up and you gotta wait longer! They just let you wait and waste your time. They just don't care. Period. As a business consultant, treating customer and their time like rubbish is always the first no-no, and must lead to business failure in the long run, regardless of how good the products or services a business would provide. Of course, my wife and I left right away as the way how they treated customers have turned us away. We could afford an expensive service provider but would never afford to be served by a business who do not put their customers at first. No trust and confidence at this business.
