Yes I know it's a chain, which is a 4-letter word around here, but I have always had a great experience at the Grand Lux. The service is always EXCELLENT -- very fast and friendly and professional. And every dish I've tried has been delicious. Huge portions, too. My favorite is the Caramel Chicken. Get over the fact that it's a chain restaurant and try it! You'll like it! It can be a little loud, if you're trying to have a deep conversation, and it can definitely be a bit pricey... but you're down on the Strip. What do you expect?
