So far not impressed with this company. My husband chose them because of Angie's list. I really had nothing to do with the selection. I thought the sales guy was kind of smarmy and today they were supposed to be at our house at 7:00am!! Husband took off work to be home and at 2:30pm a crew showed up. After having called and complained to the office 3 times!! The GM didn't know why the crew wasn't there and they can't call them while they are on the road (no phones while driving, one good thing). WTF?!?!?! This is BS!! If this is any indication of what my deck and walk way will look like I am truly scared!! Not impressed with the customer service so far. That's for sure! Review may change once they are finished... AND if they compensate us for this inconvenience.
