Not the usual dining experience tonight. Typically we sit in the main dining room, but tonight was my boyfriend's birthday and the Steelers were on, so we asked to sit by the t.v.'s. We had made reservations and noted that it was his birthday and none of that information got transferred to our server, I had to tell him when my boyfriend went to the restroom. We ordered from one server and then at the start of dinner, realized she had left us with another server, which honestly ruined the experience. No mention of her leaving, no manager visit, it took a while to realize someone else was taking care of us entirely because we were looking for her to order another round of drinks, which we never had the chance to. No one asked how dinner was, which mine was overdone and his was underdone. Our new server cleared the table when I was still eating and therefore I couldn't finish my meal. He didn't even notice, nor ask. We asked for a box, and typically they box for you, but the box was literally thrown onto the table as he walked by. I was looking around for a manager but none could be found. When leaving, no one was at the host stand to talk to either. It was such a disappointing experience from somewhere we've been before and choose to spend lots of money at. The food doesn't make up for the lacking service, so we likely won't be back. My recommendation is to sit in the main dining area, where service for us has always been great. The bar area drops the whole Fleming's experience.
