This Dunkin' Donuts is always over-crowded. The actual flow of the store makes no sense what so ever and is extremely tight inside. It's really inconvenient that they do not have a drive thru.
Also, wait times are insane. The last time I went on a Saturday morning (10am), I waited over 25 minutes for an iced coffee and a breakfast sandwich. Come to find out, one of the employees was making everything but wasn't shouting out what was completed. He just kept putting the coffees and orders up on the counter as if we were supposed to know what coffee was what, etc.
Terrible location, however, I really don't have any other choice if I want to get their Smores coffee which is absolutely incredible!!
