This place has horrible customer service. I lived here years ago and it was bad but has gotten worse. A package got sent to my old address by mistake and when I called to see if they had it I was told they did and would hold it. When I went to pick it up the first lady I asked was rude right away. She "looked" in a closet and said it wasn't there and they must've sent it back. I didn't believe her so I went outside and called Fedex. Of course they told me it was not sent back and had to be there. Went I went back inside, the second lady I asked was equally unpleasant. I explained the situation and let her know the package had been sent there by accident. She questioned me as to why it had been sent there as if I had not just told her it was a mistake. She "looked" in the closet and said it wasn't there. I then asked her if they threw away packages after a certain amount of time of holding them and she got very hostile when I asked. Told me to look for myself and of course I found it within a couple seconds. She asked me for my ID which I understand but was incredibly rude saying she didn't know who I was and studied it for a couple seconds as if it was a fake. I am very glad I no longer live there and will never recommend this apartment complex to anyone. I understand I am not a resident but they should still have the decency to treat anyone with respect.
