Excellent in every aspect! I have lived in Charlotte for many years and had never found anyone that I really liked until I went to Nicole. She does a fantastic job with color. She does my gray coverage in a demi-gloss that does not dry out or damage my hair. She gets the highlights in my hair perfect every time.....which can be difficult for others with my brown hair. The cut is always great. And the added bonus is that she is great To chat with and very knowledgeable in her craft. And the studio atmosphere is great!
