The owner of the salon contacted me and made this situation the best it could possibly be. She was a total sweetheart and was very understanding, she told me to bring my son back in and was okayed having his original stylist Reina fix his hair for me. I brought my son in today and Reina was amazing yet again, she was patient, kind, and understanding. Reina never lost her patience or composure once, every time my son got uncomfortable or upset, she calmed him down, leveled with him, and treated him like a person and it made all the difference in the world. I know it's not easy to cut hair on a 4 year old, especially one who never stops moving, and that's why it's so important to be patient and reasonable with them. Thank you so much Reina, you're amazing. Thank you as well to the owner who really provided us with amazing customer service and made me want to come back. It's all about how you treat people, and they really saved this situation for my family. I'll be back to see Reina thanks to her amazing service as well as the owners! Thanks ladies!!!
