If I could give zero stars I would I bought boots online and they turned out to be awful (I should have known considering the price) so I went to the store to return them...I felt like I was completely BULLIED into having them send them back to the warehouse since the salesperson said they don't carry shoes in the store and it would really be helping them out. I was really uncomfortable with this and should have listened to my gut, but of course I didn't...fast forward a week and I've heard nothing from them regarding a credit. I decided to go into the store and low and behold the exact same shoes are sitting in the store!!!! Now I'm being told that since I let them do the return through the warehouse I can only get a store credit even though I paid with a credit card!! I was NEVER told this when I was in here last week(and if I would have done the return like I wanted to it would have been credited right back to my credit card) The salesperson completely misled me, she knew exactly what she was doing, they were having bad sales and didn't want to take the "hit"--really unbelievable....
