3.5 technically.
Pros:
It's really cute.
The matcha is not sweet at all. Which is great.
The menu items are very interesting.
& I'm happy Vegas finally has a decent green tea ice cream/soft serve place.
Cons:
It's expensive. almost everything is $6+ per item.
The service is... a hit AND a miss? They're all nice and lovely, but both times I've went there they never seem what to know what is actually in their products and always need to ask at least two people to confirm. Which is fine for now I guess since they're still newly opened. The second time they just flat out skipped my order and I was waiting for 20 minutes ( it was busy so I just assumed they were backed up on orders before asking ).
The drinks and floats are literally all ice. But you can ask for less ice.
So would I go back? Yes, but not enough to be a regular.
