First off, the only reason this isn't a one star review is because the the front desk clerks were always helpful and polite. They've also worked to fix things when I've caught errors here and there with my service. I've taken my car to them a total of 3 times. 1st time: they did a recall and the car was returned to me with the interior filthy and with oil stains on headliner. 2nd time: oil change / tire rotation. It was returned to me without doing the tire rotation (I could tell, one of my wheels have curb rash and it wasn't moved) but I was charged for it anyways. I brought this up and the front desk clerks remedied the situation. 3rd time: Oil change / tire rotation. The service tech wanted replace a few costly components at "medium severity" and my car has very low miles. Went to get a 2nd look from an indie VW shop immediately after. Based on what was told to me, I will not be returning for a 4th time.
