The staff is usually very efficient and pleasant and we are frequent visitors because of my son's health issues. Today a very bossy black woman greatest us with "step back from the counter I am not ready for you". Than made a big deal out of not having our insurance info with us. We brought it the first couple of times but were told they had it on file.
We have been here many times and I tried to explain it is always on file. The response is " we don't keep it on file". The woman next to her said "I will look when we get time." Than immediately started talking to the next person in line. We wife messaged a picture of our card. She would not look at it but said I could fill out the info. She was quite unpleasant. Too bad I like this place
