As mentioned in another person's post, I would give them 0 stars if it were an option.
I went into the store Saturday to complete a phone exchange as I had been instructed to by Customer Service. I was greeted by Anthony. Once I'd explained what I wanted to do, he immediately trashed the customer service reps (they don't know what they're talking about blah blah blah) and told me I need to call them and have them sent a return kit. Ok, fine. I left the store and did just that. Again, I was told that I could do this by phone, but completing it in the store would be much less time consuming. The lady asked for the store number and the name of the person I spoke with. She placed me on hold and called the store, who told her to have me come back in and they would take care of me. She told me to call back from inside the store if they gave me any problems. Problem solved, Right? Wrong.
I returned Sunday, to be greeted again by Anthony who stuck to his guns, 'there was nothing they could do in the store.' I called Customer service, again informed me that they could. As I relayed messages to Anthony from the cs rep, he offered to go get his manager. I waited 30 minutes for the manager to "come out from the back." When he did, he took a customer who had just walked in, as if Anthony never told him I was waiting for him. I asked for his name and Anthony would not tell me. Another employee informed me that his name was (Jim or Jimmy). The CS rep was outraged as she could hear the whole ordeal. They even turned the music up loud on a display speaker, to disrupt my call with her. As she heard Anthony's tone and super unprofessional manner, she basically told me it wasn't that they couldn't do it, they just didn't want to because it was a complicated transaction. She even heard another employee say "I cant, I have a date with my girl so I gotta get out on time." Needless to say, the customer service rep notated this, and sent me a return kit. She apologized for the employees at store 1839's behavior and for the inconvenience of having to wait 3-5 days for a package. No one displayed even an ounce of customer service.
To anyone that is entertaining the thought of going into store #1839 for assistance, think again. But if you must, AVOID Anthony and Jim! Simply put, they are PATHETIC
