This is a very small modern looking spot on the upper level near Sears. I very much liked the look of Boba Bar and before even knowing what it was, I was drawn to it. I was happy to find out that not only do they offer bubble tea which is hard to find around here but they also serve Pho! I love trying new Pho! I decided to eat there as they have a few stools by the bar and there was a musical performance in the mall just outside. I figured why not enjoy it. I ordered the Beef Pho along with a Hibiscus Boba. The guy running the bar was very meticulous while making my drink and even more so while making my Pho. I had my drink first and waiting at my seat. He said it would take a few minutes and that he would bring it out to me. This wasn't a problem as I enjoyed my tea and watched the show. When my Pho did arrive, it looked great! I tried it and there was good flavor but I ended up adding some Sriracha because I like things spicy! All in all for the price and being a small place in a mall, I was really impressed with their offerings! The service was great and I love the look and feel of this place! The tea was excellent and I'll have to go back to try something a bit more adventurous. They have some really cool drink names like "Oh Snapchat" and "Pikachu". Is there better Pho out there? Of course there is. But if you find yourself at the mall and craving some Pho, definitely check this place out!
