Other than the 12:30pm - 1:30pm break where I would be directed to a voice message, for 3 days, I have not been able to get through to a person to book an appointment. Everytime I call (within office hours), there is no ring and I hear a message that "this line is busy at the moment." I love this clinic, but this is really inconvenient. Update: finally got through. This clinic is super busy :-(
