Excellent food (for the most part), excellent service (for the most part), and excellent value (for the most part). See why it "only" got 4 stars? A four man group arrived for a bachelor party, hoping for a delicious dinner and a start of a very memorable night and weekend. Steaks, wine, and appetizers were ordered. Many have already detailed the food, so I won't go on and on about the food, except to bring out a couple of highlights and lowlights. The crab cake, as people have said, was delicious - as was the calamari appetizer, which was drizzled in some sweet and spicy Asian sauce. Skip the bread - it's not that great, is very simple, and will only take up room in your stomach. The steaks were cooked perfectly. Get whatever steak you like, and I'm sure it will be done well. Some of the sides were also stellar. I've never really had anyone cook asparagus as perfectly - I love it when it's slightly crunchy. The mashed potatoes had a slight kick to it as well, and was great - I'm a fan of food that comes out piping hot. Some of the lowlights though, included the lobster mac and cheese. For me, it could have been cheesier. I'm really not partial to being able to pick up individual pieces of pasta - I want pieces of lobster and cheese clinging to it. Also, there was an error in the server simply forgetting that we had ordered the mashed potatoes. Hey, if you want your 5 stars, you'll definitely have earned it! After appys and entrees and a bottle of reasonably priced red wine, there was no room left for dessert - simply espressos and coffees. As many have said before, for Las Vegas, and especially compared to prices on the strip, this is a great value and is a solid choice if you're looking for a steakhouse.
