BUYER BEWARE!! This company was hired to do a attic rodent abatement. The cost was $199 which included sealing any opening a rodent could go through to get into the home.
We still had a problem so we went up on the roof...and none of the holes had been sealed. We found 13 areas that needed to be sealed. The roof guy did absolutely nothing.
I contacted the company and Alan refused to give me a full refund. I informed him I lost all faith in their company and would prefer a refund. He demanded they come out to do the work...and I again requested a refund. Hours later I get a text saying they are at my house!! Again I told them I didn't want them to touch my house and I just wanted a refund. I don't want to follow them up to the roof to be sure they actually do what I paid them to do. Allen Squire is who I dealt with. He cares more about stubbornly pushing what he wants on the customer instead of actually listening to the customer.
If you hired them to do any roof work I strongly suggest you double check and see if it was actually done.
