I moved here because of the different amenities which was great at first. But then the pigeons showed up they would wake you out of your sleep. I went to the office several times and was told they're working on it but it's not a priority. The excuse was that the pool maintance needed to be done first it was more important obviously. For months in front of my garage there was pigeon feces. Recently they been attempting to keep it clean but there are days that its everywhere again. The parking situation is horrible, the reason I moved in was because there was no assigned parking. Now if I have family or friends over they have to park outside the gate. Considering the holidays are around the corner it just going to get worst. The tenants that live here have to park outside the gate at night. The reason I was told for this is because the owners decided to make the changes. If you ever want to talk to the owners your told that they don't talk to tentents. I find it very strange that the owners refuse to talk the people that rent in their complex. I was told to send a email to Dee and she'll present it to them on a Tuesday meeting. When you pay close to 1300 a month you should be able to talk to the owners and have extra parking included a garage isn't enough. I can honestly say this was a learning experience. Unfortunately they have all the control.
