This organization is a complete joke.
It is not $20, it is $50 or more, which honestly did not really bother me. But, after almost two weeks they had not made one attempt. They don't call you, they don't follow up with you...nothing.
Every time I called they asked for my name, the paper being filed and my phone number and would say "we'll call you back with an update". They NEVER do call you back. Every time I called they acted like it was the first complaint and gave me the same run-around.
Do not use these guys. They are sloppy, unprofessional and the only thing they can say is "I don't know what your status is as the server has your file".
