It's hard to complain about something that's free, but this was just over the top. I received in the mail their Spring promotion about free drinks every Monday of the spring season and thought I'd get a good use out of it. What I didn't know is that when I'd ask for sugar in my coffee, I'd literally be drinking sugar clumps! If that's their standard amount of sugar in a drink, something has got to change... I couldn't even taste the coffee anymore it was so bad. I asked if it was mixed and they said yes it was stirred... I took a couple more sips and tossed the drink in the trash outside. I'm usually not the one to complain about something I get for free, but that wasn't tolerable for me to drink.
