We lived here in a 2br/2b from Aug 2015 - Feb 2017 and over all it was a great place to live. The price is fair for what you get, its well kept and always felt safe. Its def not 'luxury' as the name suggests, as its very basic on the inside. Seriously though I don't think you could find anything better in Henderson or Las Vegas for the $$$.
What makes this community shine the most was the staff. Mgmt was always a pleasure to talk too and always made good on any concern or request. Maintenance was always prompt and very friendly. They really care and after moving across town I miss them. My new place is a typical corporate complex where they care very little. Bella Terra was a lucky find for us in Henderson and was always a pleasure to come home to.
