Use this company! Plumber noticed a small leak under the kitchen sink suggested another restoration company that they used. They came out declared it a disaster, wanted to rip out about 10' of cabinets, tile, sink, etc. which my insurance company was willing to pay for. It didn't sound right to me because it just didn't look like much so I got Arizona Fire to come out for a second opinion and their tech Willie was very proficient with his moisture meter, cut a small hole on the back wall and determined there was very little moisture and a simple fan would do it. Sure learned something on that one. I figured these other guys could have run up $25k pretty easily and we would have had a mess for 4-6 weeks waiting for new cabinets. Highly recommend Arizona Fire. Oh yeah, not even the best part but no charge!
