First visit here to the service department, as we moved to the east valley a month ago. Like our DE dealer there is an express no appointment lane for oil changes. Easy enough to drive in and the sign says to park and walk-in. A little confusing coming inside as I wasn't immediately greeted by anyone even though there were plenty of folks around. Kind of felt like I may have went in the wrong door or something. This is my main reason for a 3 star rating. First impressions are everything, even though everything was great after that. After about a minute one of the reps who finished up on the phone, greeted me and checked me in. Everything was great after that initial awkwardness. He pulled up my car history, let me know I have a couple of recall items to address and made me an appt for the following week. Showed me around the service area since this was my first visit. Wait was around 30 minutes, which is what I usually expect for a no appointment oil change, car was also washed.
