I don't know how appropriate it is to give review based on an incident but believe it's pretty serious. I ordered a tom yum soup and basil fried rice to go. I found a dead COCKROACH in my soup. I freaked out and called the restaurant immediately. The reaction I got was really surprising
When I reported the insect being found in the soup first reply I got is "oh you can get a new one". Seriously?? That's how you react. It sounded like they are very much use to hearing these kind of things. Then she offered an apology and asked my name so I can get a free soup. Like I want to eat anything from there.
In this whole incident the attitude towards hygiene was dismal. No regret. I really won't how are they passing their sanitation ratings.
A big disappointment. Bad hygiene plus
