Unfortunately big lots is just another store like all the rest. I used to love shopping here because you could often find things no one else carried. I still have a couple of things I have saved! when the store was mcfrugals and one item from pic n save. The store is ok but I don't shop often. They have a"club card" but I have never revived an email or text so I don't know what it's even for.
