My mother, sister & I went to David's bridal this evening in hopes to find bridesmaid dresses. As we walked through the doors, 3 employees stood at the front desk and watched us walk by. Not one of those employees said a word to us- not even a simple "hi" or a "welcome to David's bridal." So, we walked throughout the store and looked at the various gowns on our on. As time went on, we searched for and tried on numerous dresses without any assistance from an employee. We were there for 2 and a half hours, and not ONE employee offered to help us or asked if we needed assistance. We are VERY disappointed with their customer service, and needless to say, we will probably never return to this David's bridal.
