Was told $57 over the phone and I thought that WAS diagnostic. Turns out it was just for showing up. Ok, fine. Turns out $155 for "diagnostic". $227, and after 30 seconds of work by the plumber at least the water was off at my tub but I still have to hunt down the part to fix it myself. They wanted to replace all the fixtures in the tub but I just don't have 700 for that right now. I'm really unhappy because I feel the $57 I was quoted was extremely misleading it's more like $200 for the house call. In addition, the plumber kinda danced around how much he was actually charging me. I wasn't sure until I checked my balance how much I had been charged. Spoke with an unapologetic manager, I just don't have $227 to spend on a 30 second visit! Avoid!
