Worst. Customer. Service. Ever. My husband and I went to Mercedes of Arrowhead to purchase a vehicle. We were pre approved and ready to buy and our sales agent Robert was the most unfriendly, argumentative person I have come across in a long time! He didn't even TRY to make a sale, he just seemed like he wanted us out of his office after we told him we were approved by our credit union. No class for a classy car! Very disappointed and will tell all our friends and family to never go there!
