I've stayed here several times and always been greeted with gracious smiles and warm service.
The rooms are spectacular. This was actually built like a residential condominium so is perfect for extended stays as well. Every room is a suite with mini-fridge, microwave, sink, washer, dryer, and dishwasher! My room also had a stove top burner and full complement of dishes/cutlery/pots... You could live here!
The views are fantastic, service is exceptional, rooms are well appointed, and the bed is ultra-comfortable! I stay here every time I need a place to crash in the city.
I would highly recommend staying here. The event spaces are also marvelous so its great for private and corporate parties. I love the food. Even if you don't stay here you must visit the restaurant for the food is divine. Downstairs at the lobby bar there's always lots of buzz and its a great place to hangout as well.
Definately check this place out if you need a place to stay in Toronto that has THE BEST location and is ultimately charming as a boutique hotel.
