I'm giving it a 4 stars because Baskin Robbins has the best ice cream! They have the best Rocky Road hands down, no one else has as good a flavor! It's unfortunate that I hear the old Asian lady owner is so rude and terrible to her workers! I haven't had the displeasure of ever running in to her, but if I do and her attitude is like everyone claims....I have no issues telling her how it is! Today the workers were pleasant and more than happily packed out ice cream quarts for us! I'm very satisfied
