Pros:
Mattress was very comfortable as we're the pillows. Sheets were soft and fresh. The pillows were full and great for side sleepers and cuddling.
Instant hot water, maybe even a little too hot.
Incredibly friendly staff who went above and beyond!
Great decorations and environment. Modern vibe with a millennial touch.
Video games in the lobby which is huge with lots of lounge area.
Concession stand and espresso bar right in the lobby with some tastey snacks available.
We had a guitar in our room for our use.
Smart TV which you can hook your phone up to.
Great WiFi speed.
Plenty of outlets everywhere.
Option of blackout curtains or sheer ones.
The bed illuminates underneath when you get out of it at night.
Cons:
A strange mildew smell was in our room that we couldn't get rid of.
It's a bit loud at night with people running around, laughing and having a good time into the wee hours of the morning.
A bottle of Aquafina water from the mini store cost over $5.
