Do yourself and your birth companion a huge favor and sign up for this class. Tara is a wonderful and knowledgeable instructor. I felt like I was getting great birthing and postpartum advice from a good friend. The information in this class is worth it's weight in gold and then some. The body is an amazing machine and when you have a better understanding of how it works, especially with childbirth, it's one of the most empowering feelings you can have. My husband and I look forward to using all of the knowledge and techniques we have gained through this class.
