It has been a hit or miss at this Macy's. Sometimes I have had lazy salespeople who don't even want to go get your size shoes to try on, and sometimes I get eager salespeople who want to genuinely help you find what you are looking for. I just like Macy's for their ability to ship things to you for free if it is not available in your size on the racks. Great perk! Unfortunately, they did get rid of their rewards program and looks like the only perks available will be associated with use of their credit card, which is billing nightmare!
