ZERO STARS This morning I had the most unpleasant experience at this particular Starbucks around 10-11am. As I approached the door, I noticed a sign stating they were not able to serve any expresso drinks (lattes, macchiato, etc). Of course, me being a venti triple shot macchiato girl, I was a little upset but had nothing against the staff because I know how machines can be sometimes. Erika began to take my order but abruptly stopped mid-conversation to talk to her fellow co-worker about some dance recital or something of that sort. I patiently waited for her to return her attention to me.. the customer, but this unfortunately didn't happen as soon as I hoped it would. I continued on with my order, which Justin ended up having to take over on the next POS system, due to Erika's "freezing"...again no big deal. I was a bit annoyed at this point but tried to keep a positive mindset. UNTIL, another employee came from the back and insisted on all of the employees attention immediately (Justin was still in the middle of taking my order) to take a photo on her cell phone. I could not believe how unprofessional these employees were. I would assume there was no manager on duty and if there was, they should be very ashamed of their staff and the owners should rethink the management.
