Very unorganized, the owners are rude and have no problem showing you they don't like or care for you. The manager truly only cares about selling "memberships" and it's more then obvious especially when you turn the front desk girls down or tell them you will think about getting it next time she rushes to the front desk and basically pushes it down your throat, I get it that's how YOU make your money but if someone says no respect it and leave it alone. The membership is SCAM, I repeat it is a complete SCAM. Don't let them talk you into it. They say the technique they use is different and the lash curl they use is different, and it's literally all the same. You can definitely go somewhere else for a better price and for lashes that last longer. but on a positive note the front desk girls are sweet and make you feel very welcomed when you come in and the lash stylist are very sweet also, but other then that I have nothing good to say about this place. STAY AWAY
