Really slow. There was one person at 5:25 when we walked in. We ordered three smoothies taking a total of 30 minutes to make. Five people came in behind us and another person came on shift but it was still super slow. The smoothies were good but, not sure I want to wait that long to get it.
A father and son ordered a meal and they received their smoothies 10 minutes after their food.
With all of these negative reviews about the wait time, you would think business practices would change but it looks like the company norm is the same. Maybe another company can figure out how to make great smoothies and replace Tropical Smoothie.
