I made an appointment online for 10:30am for flat repair, rotation and balance. I arrived about 10:15 am and was immediately greeted and checked in. I sat back fully intending to pass the waiting time checking email, Facebook and whatever else on my phone until the wait was over. At 10:40am I was driving away a very happy customer. All the work was done and NO charge. Very nice technician who expressed appreciation for my last tire purchase nearly two years ago.
