Terrible customer service. Very rude and dishonest. Was charged 1,000 bucks for new carpet and cleaning (because the new carpet needed cleaning?) after we had it professionally cleaned. Was told I would get my last month of rent for free when I signed the contract via online and told the representative I did not see where this discount was and she assured me it was "in the system" (naive, yes. This was my first apt). When I found out that I was later scammed, she was nothing but rude and unprofessional to me.
We were asked if we'd like to do a payment plan to pay off our 1,000 dollars in carpet and moving out fees: we agreed on the phone to do a payment plan. We then got an email that they sent us to collections because we didn't pay the full price upfront. When we called back and said we had agreed to a payment plan they informed us (at that moment) that we needed to sign an email in order to do the payment plan (email that we never got)
Also, the appliances were CONSTANTLY breaking and worked poorly.
12 months was 12 months too long, this was truly an awful place to live. Great location, but a TERRIBLE place to live.
