This used to be a great store, but the last 2 visits we've had, the person "helping" us make it very clear he was only there for a paycheck vs giving good customer service to earn it (or even the appearance of good customer service). We've carried the full insurance on our phones for years, but when we needed to utilize it, he did not give us all of the options available and only wanted to sell us a new phone. When we came back to inquire about the uselessness of the coverage and to take it off of our phones, after we went somewhere to pay $150+ to fix it, he did, actually, give all of the options at that point. No apologies no offer to speak with a manager. His attitude was wretched, so we will be looking for better options. His name is Eddie.... the outrageous costs were at one time worth it because of the customer service that was given, but with the customer service having declined so terribly, it's not worth it anymore.
