Great doctor. Terrible support staff. Positives: the doctor is incredibly smart and knowledgable and works with you to develop a plan. When you get to see her. Negatives: Where do I begin? Just getting someone to answer the phone is a victory. No one seems to be on the same page in this office. When I got my challenges done, the doctor wasn't there-just one harassed PA sprinting around who paid minimal attention to me. That made me feel safe. This office is TERRIBLE at forms. Every. Single. Day. I've been calling asking to get my lab forms emailed to me so I can do them on my own time. I'm busy, so i'd appreciate if they could get a simple job like that done. Not difficult right? Apparently so-every time I call, they've got the wrong email. The forms never get sent to me. Every single day they claim they'll send them, but I check my email religiously and always check my spam. I've also asked them to fax the forms multiple times. No surprise-they can't get that done either. What kind of morons off the street did Dr. O'Connor hire? I had to take time out of my day to physically go pick up the forms, since advanced technology like email and faxing are apparently beyond the AIR team. I can't recommend this place. The Doctor is great. Everyone else sucks.
