Gorgeous property! The valet and concierge staff were wonderful. From there it all goes downhill!! When we first checked in we were sent to a room that was the most difficult and farthest room in the entire hotel to locate When we expressed our concern or unhappiness the front desk just said "we were booked" (live with it in other words). The next day, when we used our own initiative and asked again, they offered us a different room but it was no better than the first!
The first night we hung a tag on our door ordering breakfast to be brought at 8am... It never came!!! Our room was so far out and isolated that they dont even bother to check it!!! Afterwards they brought it and took care of it.
The room temperature is set to be at 72 degrees... If you want your room to be cooler at night.. It is a no go!!! They have it set up to go to the mid 70s while there is no movement in the room... So that means while you are sleeping you roast!!! I asked them to change it because at night it was too hot... No go! It is what it is!
Brunch!!!' Decent food from the buffet... Decent menu... NO SERVICE!!!!
Overall... We gave up an extra night because this place needs better service, more attention to their guests and better Managment!
When you listen to their timeshare presentation they give you a 20% discount card for the restaurants and gift shop. Every time we showed it we got "oh you are in the villas"??!!! like we were the bastard children of the timeshares... No good!
