Cox Communications is literally the WORST cable/internet provider I have ever experienced! Not only do the premium channels not work, I can't even watch CHANNEL 5! A basic cable channel! And it has been this way since May! I have called cox customer service over 38 times in the past 3 months trying to get this situation taken care of. I was promised $5 credits for every day that the channel did not work.. guess how much I got back.. NONE!! I was also promised that my bill would be lowered back to the original amount which was $50 less than what I am paying. Was this lowered? Not at all!!!!!! Not only was my bill not lowered and not only did I not receive my $5 credits, THEY ADDED MORE MONEY TO MY FUTURE BILL! So my bill went from $83 to $148.. FOR NO SERVICE!!!! To make matters worse, I go to cancel, and they won't cancel with me because it is in my husband's name -_- They have no problem taking my money over the phone, but when it comes to cancellation they need to speak with the right person. Literal BS. If you want quality service, DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT go with cox bullshit communications.
