This place has No security guard which is really needed due to the rowdy teens that roll thru this place from 8pm to 3am most nights. Then there is the children age 4 and up that rampage around without any parent watching them from 3:30pm till 9pm.Vehicles fly thru here at high speed blasting their stereo's. This has been reported to managment several time but nothing has been done to correct this. If you report an incident you are looked upon like YOU are bothering them. This is a shame because the apartments are very nice but this place is quickly going to become another ghetto real quick.
It truly sucks that a brand new place is going to be trashed in no time flat :(
Also, the ceiling and walls are very thin so you here everybody walking above you and even hear the toilets flush thru the walls "really loud" and parking has become very tough because they dont have enough spaces and have no assigned spaces yet.
