No need to pile on since this company already has worse ratings than Comcast, but I still am going to because they deserve it. Teleflora is a scam and they contract with third party vendors without relaying specific customer requests or following up to ensure they deliver. Teleflora takes your money and then just waits for you to complain, knowing many people never will because they are too busy. I just contacted them to complain about the supposed Mothers Day bouquet I ordered that ended up looking nothing like what I purchased- much smaller and less flowers, of course. And I added balloons which never arrived. And the card had typos in it! They couldn't even simply cut and paste the text I had entered. I was absolutely embarrassed by what arrived, and wish I would have been the one to answer the door so I could have thrown the pitiful bouquet and tiny vase back in the face of the delivery. I have photos of everything to back up my complaint. My sister also ordered flowers through this company the same day and they arrived separately and were also sub-par. Together we spent almost $130 on two bouquets and small vases that I could have purchased at a grocery store for like $35. What an impressive scam this company is.
I will update with the results (if any) of my customer service contact efforts, which I am sure will result in nothing better than some discount offer on a future order that I will never make!
