I am so upset with this office. They take way too long to produce medical records. Over the phone, you get no where. My home loan depends on these records and they will not produce the records for me a little faster. I feel like they just don't care and have no regards to what I need. If one employee is not there, the business must go on. I mean WTF if the person who usually handles the requests is not there, then someone else needs to step up and be able to produce the records. I will never ever go to this doctors office again.
