Very upset with this place. I came here because I read the reviews and they were good. But, my visit wasn't good.
...I had acrylic nails and wanted them SOAKED off to make sure my real nails weren't damaged well, that didn't happen and everything I told them husband & wife I wanted them soaked off they would say "we will, we will" so they never did. The husband continued cutting my nails shorter so it was easier to take acrylic off without soaking them like I asked and when doing so he cut my nail too short to the point where he cracked my real nail up real hight to the point where they should fix it and couldn't file it straight. All they said was sorry but didn't offer any discounts or anything. All the owner said was my nail was already cracked! That's not true! I told her that and they wouldn't accept their mistake. I'm sitting there watching him as he's cutting them and he cracked it when he cut them and then kept saying I'm sorry because he hurt me. So, nonetheless to say my nails look like crap because none if them are straight. Because they messed up my real nails. Their advice to making them look better after I expressed they looked horrible was telling me to put fake nails back on.
No!!!!! That's not what I asked for! I asked for my nails to be soaked offf so this wouldn't happen!!! Bunch of assholes.
